Chocolate Avocado Pudding

A chocolate pudding twist made with avocado and banana.

Serves 4.


  • 2 Avocados Peeled; Pitted
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder Unsweetened
  • 1/2 Cup Dates Pitted; Soak in water for a few hours, drain
  • 1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
  2. Transfer to individual serving bowls and chill for several hours before serving.
