Citrus-Dijon Vinaigrette

This dressing pairs perfectly with the Watercress and Radish Sprout Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1/2 Lemon Zest
  • 1/2 Orange Zest
  • 1 Orange Juice
  • 3 Oz Agave
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar combine all ingredients. Place the cover on the jar and shake until all ingredients are well blended. Place dressing into a refrigerator and chill for 24 hour.

  2. Note: Dressing will hold up two weeks in the refrigerator.
