Banana Yogurt Smoothie
A sweet tasting, light, and easy-to-prepare snack that is full of protein and vitamins.
- 8 oz Vanilla Greek yogurt
- 3 Bananas Fresh or Frozen
- 1/2 cup 2% Milk Use more if you want a thinner smoothie
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter Or almond butter for extra protein
- 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed Optional
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder Optional
Combine all ingredients in a blender, mixing until smooth.
