This pan-cooked side is fast and fresh. A simple way to add flavor to your veggies.
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Zucchini
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
- Salt and Pepper To taste
Cut zucchini lengthwise into 1/2″ strips.
Heat oil in large sauté pan and cook zucchini until softened, about 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the zucchini and cover pan for 2-3 minutes until cheese has melted.
