Dill Green Beans

Tossing cooked green beans in a simple vinaigrette creates a fresh new dish with layers of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Green Beans Trimmed
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill Chopped
  • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste

Instructions

  1. Heat green beans in a large sauté pan with water until they start to boil.

  2. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes or until tender crisp.

  3. Uncover and allow remaining water to evaporate.

  4. Whisk dill, lemon juice, olive oil, and mustard together in a small bowl.

  5. Pour mixture over the green beans and heat until warmed.

  6. Season with salt and pepper.
