Mustard Glazed Ham
Not your run-of-the-mill glaze.

Ingredients
- 1 Bone-In Cooked Ham Approximately 3 to 4 pounds; Not a spiral pre-cut
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Stone Ground Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
-
In small bowl, mix maple syrup, mustard and vinegar together.
-
Pat ham dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture. Remove any visible fat.
-
If there is any skin on the ham, cut a cross pattern making sure to cut through the skin and any fat underneath, but do not cut into the meat.
-
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place a piece of aluminum foil on sheet. Spray foil with cooking spray.
-
Place ham on foil and spread mustard mixture over the top, getting it into all crevices on cross cuts that may have been made.
-
Place second sheet of foil over the ham and crimp the edges on to the bottom sheet, forming a sealed packet.
-
Place in oven and cook for 1 hour. Remove from oven and carefully open foil, draining any liquid that may have accumulated.
-
Let ham sit for 15 minutes before carving.
