- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove Minced
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Grated
- 1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 Lb Ground Turkey
- 3 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 Shallot Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Cucumber Peeled; Seeded; Diced
- 1/4 Cup Mint Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Basil Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Peanuts Chopped
- 8 Boston Lettuce Leaves
Instructions

Heat oil in large skillet. Add garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add in ground turkey. Cook thoroughly, breaking the meat down to small pieces. Pour in lime juice. Cook one more minute and remove from heat.

Stir in shallot, cucumber, mint, basil, and fish sauce.

Serve in lettuce leaves with peanuts sprinkled on top.
